Christopher Dale — Boston, MA — Apex Technology Group
Christopher Dale is CEO of Apex. Chris founded Apex in 1998 after 15 years of technical and leadership experience in the IT industry.
That experience, both on the client and supplier side, convinced him that there was an opportunity to provide value to companies through a different model: earning the trust of customers by providing the real expertise of seasoned and experienced professionals committed to client success. He believed that a viable company could be built that would respect its employees, partners and clients.
Prior to Apex, Chris was Director – Technology Solutions for AT&T Solutions where he was responsible for all engineering, operations and sales activities for the $1.2 billion outsourcing contract with Textron. He had previously been the Vice President at Shawmut Bank, then at Fleet Bank, serving as Director for Telecommunications and managing a division of 150 professionals. He began his professional career at Bell Laboratories.
Chris holds a B.A. in Economics and a M.S. in Telecommunications Management, both from The University of Maryland.
Michael O'Connell — Boston, MA — Apex Technology Group
Michael O’Connell is President of Apex - having joined the company in 2001. He is responsible for managing all operations including Engineering Services, Help Desk, and Customer Support. Mike is focused on ensuring Apex services and staff satisfy and delight clients.
Brian Hubert — Boston, MA — Apex Technology Group
Brian Hubert is Senior Vice President, Technology & Engineering. He has been at Apex since 2001. Brian oversees all levels of design, engineering and integration for our clients. Additionally he assists in sales support, develops strategic product offerings and, importantly, works with Apex’s engineers as they develop their personal and professional goals.
Prior to Apex, Brian was a Senior Network Architect at Mountain Computer Support where he designed and implemented solutions that took advantage of the latest technology innovations. Designing, engineering and deploying systems for some of the largest companies in the US has allowed him to develop his deep understanding of enterprise network design.
Brian holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island with a dual concentration in Finance and Management Information Systems. He is certified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and an Aruba Wireless Engineer.
Heather Mosca is Sales Manager. She joined Apex in 2020. She is responsible for generating new business and managing the relationship with some of Apex’s largest and most valuable clients.
With 24 years in the business, Heather comes to us with an extensive background in telecommunications. A large portion of her career was allocated to working with dealers and national retailers, most recently, dealer partners at Sprint.
Heather’s passions align with those of Apex and she is committed to serving her community. She works closely with Always Adopt and in her spare time you’ll find her volunteering at their dog adoption events.
Kimberly Donald is Director of Client Services & Marketing. 
Her previous experience in nonprofit management can be seen at Apex through creating strong community and client relations. She works closely to elevate and custom tailor each client's Apex experience. Her team oversees tracking of data for client accounts and intervenes when problems occur. She is focused on maintaining a high retention rate and long term client relationships.  She is also responsible for developing the company's marketing strategy, including policies, goals and initiatives.
